Protection of Children

Dee Ann is staunchly and unapologetically pro-life and is dedicated to the protection of children, both born and unborn. She and her husband founded, organized, and operated Hope Crisis Pregnancy Center in Butler in the mid- to late-1990’s and remain steadfastly committed to the protection of unborn babies. Her commitment to the safety of children goes beyond those who are not yet born. She is committed to the protection of children from indoctrination by a liberal, ‘woke’ agenda and believes that parents should decide the ideologies that are taught to their children. She stands solidly behind efforts to ensure that children are not exposed to sexually explicit materials without the knowledge and expressed approval of their parents or guardians, and that those who are found guilty of harming children are held to the highest level of accountability. One of her most pressing concerns is also the physical safety of children. Dee Ann believes that school safety should be a top priority and intends to work to pursue funding for resources officers in every school in the state.
